FAQs

Why is Batch as a Service, where you pay per batch,  better than just buying?
Paying per batch is better than buying because you don't have to raise own capital to profit from state-of-the-art dough production technology. You just pay when machines are turning and you do not have to take care of maintenance.
What requirements do I have to meet to become a “Batch-as-a-Service“ partner? Is there a minimum rental period?
We  recommend a 5-year term for optimal conditions per batch. There is no minimum term.
What happens after the contractual term?
Don't worry. You can either continue the DIOflex model or return the equipment . It’s YOUR choice.
Can I also have a tipper and pay per batch?
Yes. Let's configure your system!
What about my old Diosna machine?
Contact us! We will find the optimal solution using your existing machine.
I have a great maintenance and service team – can I do maintenance and service on my own?
DIOflex covers all maintenance services. Nonetheless, standard maintenance actions can be done by your team, after their receiving a Diosna training.
If the machinery is damaged due to neglect or abuse, the customer agrees to full compensation for the damage incurred.
Does the device have warranty? What about maintenance and spare parts?
Diosna will take over maintenance and repair including replacement of spare and wear parts as well as costs resulting thereof, provided that the machine is properly used by the customer.
How long are the service technician and technologist on site?
They are until everything is up and running.
Can potential savings be guaranteed?
Potential savings are based on our long-term experiences on the market. They depend on different parameters such as the recipe and the quality of ingredients.
Why are there no safety cages with the AGV - what about their safety?
Safety comes first. Our AGVs are equipped with state-of-the-art sensors to enable a safe and flexible process. Safety cages are not needed.
Are these exactly the same machines as the ones you usually sell?
This is our latest generation of dough production machinery. With our IOT-controlled kneading machines, it is possible to optimize dough production. An upgrade of existing machines is possible though.
